Haha, I like Wednesday, what a wonderful day. I only need to take two courses, and the first one start the class at ten o'clock in the morning. Today, I feel really lucky that I can take the course which have us learn how to teach kindergarten's children English. I think the teacher is so nice and this class will do help me a lot in the future. I have now already been an English teacher in a children's language cram school, but I don't have any experience about teaching kindergarten's children yet. Therefore, I think that will be a good chance for me to try it!

We don't use the possessive to say "kindergarten's children English"; I have no idea what this might mean, but I do know what you intended to say.
"this class will do help me a lot in the future." ==> "this class will help me a lot in the future."
"I have now already been an English teacher in a children's language cram school," ==> "I {have worked/am now working} as an English teacher in a cram school for children". You don't seem to understand the difference between the present prefect and the present progressive aspects.
"but I don't have any experience about teaching kindergarten's children yet." ==> "but I have no experience teaching kindergarten children."
