The weather is getting colder and colder. Every time I ride my scooter to school, the wind just makes me feel freezing to death. I think my sick body will take a lot of time to recover. I do like winter. Because of this kind of weather, it is really comfortable to sleep in the thick bed cover. What's more whenever I go home after my part-time job, it is really nice to take a hot bath. However, there are still some problems like I eat more and more recently and become very lazy. The worst of all, it seems that I am fatter now than before. I think I should go on a diet and start to exercise to keep my body shape. Or after this winter, I don't think that any friend of mine would recognize me.

"colder and colder" is a verbosity. All you need to say is "The weather is getter colder". To emphasize the fact that it gets colder every day, you say "The weather is getting colder {every day / day by day}".
"the wind just makes me feel freezing to death" is unnatural. It would be idiomatic to say "the wind makes me feel as if I were freezing to death" or, simply, "the wind is freezing".
"I do like winter." This is incomplete. It's too abrupt a jump from the first three sentences to this declaration of love. You need to include something like "however" or "But don't get me wrong".
If you sleep "in a thick bed cover", then you need to say "wrapped up in a thick bed cover". Otherwise you should say "to sleep beneath a thick bed cover".
"However, there are still some problems like I eat more and more recently and become very lazy." This structure is inconsistent with what you've written so far. It should probably be: "However, winter this year has brought me some problems, such as I've been eating more recently and have become very fat and lazy." Add the word "fat" here and you don't need the verbose next sentence: "I am fatter now than before", which unnecessarily states the obvious.
That "would" in the final sentence should be "will".
It's normal to eat more and get fat in the winter. We evolved without clothing and needed more body fat during the winter to keep warm. We also needed to store energy in the form of body fat during the winter because it was a time of scarcity: there wasn't as much food of any kind to eat. And the more body fat one has, the warmer one is in cold weather.
