Today, a beautiful Sunday. I woke up at noon because I watched "prison break" till about 4 A.M. this early morning. After getting dressed, I sat in front of my computer and started to do the reports for some of my subjects. The final is coming soon, and there are so many teachers asking us to hand in the reports and giving us some quizzes recently as well. Then, one of my friends called me in the afternoon said that he was really bored today, so I went to his place. During the time that I waited him work off, I read a book that talks about "Education". I think this issue is really serious and important now in our society. Especially I am a teacher as well now of my part-time job, I need to take this responsibility as carefully as I can.

My friends and I are thinking about the plane for the New Year recently. I remember that when we were just in our freshman year, we went to a concert for seeing A-Mei in Kaohsiung. That was a really special experience, however, because we wanted to be closer to the stage, we arrived there and started to line up from about 2 p.m. in that afternoon. I really hate to wait for about 4 hours such a long time. Therefore, I think I will just go to a bar to have some drinks with some of my good friends. What's more, I still need to go to school and go to work on December 31st. As a result, I may just stay in Tainan and still can have fun with my friends.

Today, December 24th, it's a really special day - Christmas Eve. My friends and I used to go to the supermarket to buy the turkey and have a party at one of my friend's place. Moreover, we would also buy some drinks and chat with each other after the meal. With the soft music as the background music, that atmosphere was awesome. However, since we don't have the continuous holidays this year, we are planning that just buy some simple food, and fine the comfortable place to have it together, maybe take a walk at the beach etc. Hope this year will still have a good Christmas Eve.

Last Sunday afternoon, school held a singing competition for the students to compete with each other. I planned to join that activity in the beginning but I didn't go because I still needed to work on that day. However, some of my friends just took part in that competition. What's more, because that was their first time to have this kind of competition, they were really nervous obviously and easy to tell. Anyway, they all did the very good job, even one of them got the chance to have the second competition. I hope that he won't be too nervous and will get the high grade as well. Good luck to him!

Yesterday was the celebration day that our school has been run for 38 years. One of the most important activities is the cars' exhibition. I went back to school for taking a look after work yesterday afternoon. There were so many cars that made me start to think about saving some money to buy a car for myself after I graduate as my graduation gift. Having a car is really convenient no matter where I want to go. However, there is only a problem that I need to concern about is that the price of the gas has become much more expensive. As a result, I think I will just keep using my scooter, and deal with that after I graduate.

Today, I woke up in the early morning because my boss asked me to go to the cram school before 6:50 AM. It was a really important day not only to all of the children but also to me. The boss drove us to one of the elementary school in Kaohsiung to have the spelling competition. The job what I needed to do was to correct students' papers. I think that was a very special experience to me. After today, I know much more about the system of this kind of test, and the differences no matter students' ability and their efforts between our students and the others' as well.

Wow~ It was really a big day today. It was the school cheer leader competition day. Every one of us got up very early this morning, and start to dress up and do the make up. We has practiced for almost three months since we took part in this activity. Although we only got the eighth place in the end, we were not sad but very joyful instead because we all know that we had already done the job pretty well during these days. Moreover, all of us not only just learned the skills of the cheer leader, but also met a lot of new friends and how to get along with them. I think this is a quite special experience, and I will always keep this in my mind.

This morning, when I took the "Emotional Intelligence" course, the teacher divided the class into several teams and gave us some emotional topics then asked us to find either the English songs or the Chinese songs which its lyrics is the most relative to the meaning. I think this activity is really funny, it can help us to know our feeling much better. As we know, people in Chinese are usually more conservative than other people. We are shy to express ourselves and also feel embarassed if others really know what our feelings are clearly. Therefore, since we get this kind of assignment, it will learn more about how to deal with whenever it comes to takling about this issue.

According to the rules from our department, it says that we need to pass the exam before we graduate. Or we will not able to get our graduation certificate. As a result, I took CSEPT and TOEIC once each before. To be frank, Both of them are a little bit difficult to me. After the reflection, I think there are two main problems. One is that my ability is really not good enough to take the test, I need to study hard and need more training as well. The other one is that the time controlling. I could not finish both of the exams in the end. However, since I have taken the course "Applied English" this semester, I've learned more skills on that, and also control the time better now. Therefore, I am thinking about that I will participate the TOEIC exam next time.

Recently, I am quite busy about the cheer leader of our department. Since this semester, the department asks me to be the person who in charge about the cheer leader for the competition on December 12th afternoon. To be frank, I really hesitated to take this kind of responsibility at the very beginning though I am the one who is crazy about the cheer leader. On one hand is that I am in my junior year now, I need to put more focus on my studies. On the other hand, I have my own part-time job after school, therefore, I don't have that much time to take care about this. However, I still take part in the activity in the end. I never participate in this kind of the entertainment, I wish I could have the experience, then I would not feel in vain during my college life.

The weather is getting colder and colder. Every time I ride my scooter to school, the wind just makes me feel freezing to death. I think my sick body will take a lot of time to recover. I do like winter. Because of this kind of weather, it is really comfortable to sleep in the thick bed cover. What's more whenever I go home after my part-time job, it is really nice to take a hot bath. However, there are still some problems like I eat more and more recently and become very lazy. The worst of all, it seems that I am fatter now than before. I think I should go on a diet and start to exercise to keep my body shape. Or after this winter, I don't think that any friend of mine would recognize me.

Today, I was absent for the writing class this morning because I didn't feel well. Since I caught a cold last week, I still feel dizzy and sleepy now. I think I should find some day to see a doctor to check up again these days. Recently, I am thinking about that one of the reasons that why I would feel exhausted is because that one of my friends, his mother was sent to the hospital to do the operation, therefore, he needs to stay in the hospital all day long. In order not to let him feel bored , lonely and helpless, I would go to the hospital and accompany with him!

After Mid-term week, it seems that I catch a cold. I feel tired and sleepy every day. I went to see a doctor few days ago, and have taken some medicine. However, the medicine doesn't work very well. I even feel dizzy and can not be concentrate on anything whenever I take it. This situation is really horrible. I really hope that I will be much better for the following days since I need to take part in the CSEPT (College Student English Proficiency Test) this Saturday. By the way, I also heard that Bill has the fever as well. I hope that he will be ok, may God bless him!

Just a few weeks ago, I borrowed some DVDs from one of the foreign teachers. His wife said it would absolutely worth to watch. Now, I am really crazy about that. The program is called "Prison Break". It is talking about a wise man who wants to take his guiltless brother out from the prison with his intelligence. During that, They got a lot of troubles, but they finally escaped successfully after all. However, after they broke out, there were still many problem waiting for them to face and solve. Since I started to watch this DVD program, every time just finish an episode, I can not wait for seeing next one. I think after I finish my Mid-term, I will spend much time sitting in front of my computer to watch it till it ends.

I went to Taipei for ETA(English Teaching Association) last weekend. I planned to take High Speed Rail there, but the price was just so high that I decided to take the bus in the end. It was pity because I really want to take the High Speed Rail, but it costs almost the same money as the airplane to buy a ticket. However, I will try it one day in the future. ETA is a kind of book fair that sells the teaching materials such as books, reference books, and even teaching aids. There were so many sources that I bought a lot and I think I can make good use of them. I am also thinking about if I want to take part in one of their members or not. It is a very good association that I may go there to look around next year.

I like night markets, I usually go to the night markets after my part-time job with my friends and co-workers. It is lucky that I was born and live in Tainan, the city which is full of the good places to visit and also the delicious snacks to each. Although they are always very crowded especially on the weekends or holidays in the night markets, I still enjoy walking around them. I can not only have my dinner there, but also go shopping after that in the night markets. Anyway, I can not imagine that if there is not any night market one day, then how do I spend my time in every middle night?

Because my part-time job's place is going to move to the other new one, I went to help my boss yesterday. During the day, I moved many boxes of the books, and each box was really heavy that I almost could not lift them up. One of the reasons I think was that I have never do the exercise since I was a junior student. When I got up this morning, my bones were very sore just like someone hit me hardly. Even when I wrote, I had difficult hanging the pen. Therefore, I think I should exercise regularly start from now right away. Or my body will get weak soon.

On Wednesday night, I saved a kitten's life. When I just got off my part-time job and ready to get my scooter, I saw a kitten meowing right in the middle of the road. She was so helpless that staying there without any action. The worst of all was that there were so many cars and scooters passing very close by her. It totally frightened me off. Therefore, I parked my scooter right away on the sidewalk, and then took her away from the road. After that I took her to the near park at least keep her away from the danger. However, I am still worried about her. I really hope that there will some nice guys take her home and keep her well.

Today is October 31st, Halloween, a very big day in America. Although it is one of the most popular American festivals, it also becomes more and more famous in Taiwan. When it comes to talking about Halloween, there are many language cram school hold the celebration party to not only teach children something special culture from other countries but also have a lot of fun. My company used to hold this kind of make up party except this year because our school is going to move to the other new place this month. Therefore, every employees including the boss are too busy to plan the schedule. It is really pity to hear that, but our manager said that we will goanna have a very big party on Christmas. It sounds quite fun! oh~ by the way. Happy Halloween.

I felt quite frustrated when I checked my blog during the writing class this morning. The feedback that Bill gave me said that what I wrote is boring. Indeed, after I read it again, I found that there is nothing interesting things to arouse readers' interests. I didn't write enough details and information to let readers understand what I was talking about. For example, I shared about my trip on the last weekend in my latest blog, but I just wrote about the feeling hoe I feel but without any description about the places where I visited and also the views which I thought were special to me.
Bill also told us that it is very important to "think" whenever we write. Of course we still have our own writing styles, We don't need to worry about that. However, all I have to do now is to find out my common mistakes or problems like comma spice or verbose then improve them.

I just went back home from Kaohsiung. Since my part-time job have had almost ten-day break, I planned a several days trip long time ago. Finally, my friend and I decided to have our dream come true this Friday. However, because we two were really busy with our school work, none of us could make the schedule for the trip until Thursday night. At first, we were very worried about that, but in the end, we told ourselves that the reason why we want to have this trip is to relax ourselves. As a result, we just rode the scooter with the map in hand, then to the places where we would like to go. I think this was such a special experience for us. I really enjoyed that. Next time, I am going to do the other exciting thing for fun and relax.

This morning, I had a class which teacher would teach us how to control our emotions. Nowadays, it is really a serious issue that most of the people easy to lose their temper. They just can not handle their feelings, even do not know how to express themselves appropriately, either. What's more, even if we are very young now, we would still need to face these kind of problems as well. Therefore, I do enjoy this course and learn a lot from it. For example, teacher may ask us to share our feelings with our group members, and also ask us go back home and communicate with our family. I really like the way which we are doing now. The relation ship between not only my friends but also my family is getting better now.

Today, when I had my linguistic class, there were some people advertising their cram school for undergraduates. Especially for whom want to take part in the entrance test of graduate schools. This made me start getting worried about if I should keep studying after I graduate from the university. Nowadays, I am not very sure is that really important for us to get the master's degree. Moreover, what if we would get the jobs much easier if we really get that certification. I think that it is a quite serious problem we need to face and concern about. Therefore, I think l would better ask for some suggestion from my adviser.

These days, I am just thinking about that how to improve my writing ability in English. As a result, I surf the net and check some information from the newspapers and the magazines. Most of them said that the first thing we need to do is to "read a lot".
By reading, I can not learn only more vocabularies but also the organization. What's more, I can also learn the styles how others writer present their idea. Therefore, I push myself to read as much as possible to make the progress in writing.

Recently, I feel a little bit stressful. Since I am a junior, there are more and more things that I need to cover. For example, like there are some subjects become much more difficult, and I need to spend more time to preview and review them. The other thing is that I have to prepare some reports for my next semester because in the second semester of junior year, we are going to do the monograph. Therefore, all these things make me feel anxious. I think I should find some days to take a walk out of Tainan City, relax myself then restart my works.

I had much fun last weekend. I slept until 11 A.M, then had lunch with my family. After taking an hour nap, I went to my friend's place. He is a foreigner from U.K. He married to a Taiwanese woman and now works as a foreigner teacher at my company. Since he knew that I can play mah-jong, he asked me if I can teach him or not. Therefore, I just brought a set of mah-jong to his place to teach him. We really had fun during the time. After that we chatted a lot and order some pizza for our dinner. In the end, we saw the movie called "shooting" together. The equipment was so nice that made me enjoyed the movies so much. Before we left, we dealt our next meeting time, and I can not wait the day comes.

Today, I took the oral training class for 3 hours this morning. The topic that teacher asked us to discuss is " the interesting idioms in English". I felt quite fun because there are so many idioms made the words with animals or human bodies. Although the words are easy, I still feel the meaning are a little bit difficult to understand. However, the teacher told us that every phrases and sentences has it's meaning. Alll we need to do is study them careful. Then we will get the idea easily.

Recently, it seems that I start to get use to writing the diary in English. Although it always bothers me to think about the topics what I want to share each day, I still like the way teacher asks us to follow. Especially during the time whenever we discuss other's diaries. We all make mistakes in writing English diary, and those problems may also be ours, too. Therefore, in order to avoid making the common mistakes and unforgivable wrong spelling or verbose. I will keep writing it to improve my ability.

Bad news~ When I was just ready to go to school from my place this morning, I saw the news said that there will be a strong typhoon next Sunday. It made me feel sad because my friends and I are planning to take a one-day trip to Mt. Ali that day. However, for our safety, I think we will stand over the schedule. Too bad to made this decision. Last time I went there was the winter vacation of my sophomore year. We got up at about 3 A.M. early in the morning then just drove up to Mt. 玉 to view the starts and the sunrise as well. The view was so amazing that I wanna go to visit there again. Therefore, maybe we will choose the other day to there!

Haha, I like Wednesday, what a wonderful day. I only need to take two courses, and the first one start the class at ten o'clock in the morning. Today, I feel really lucky that I can take the course which have us learn how to teach kindergarten's children English. I think the teacher is so nice and this class will do help me a lot in the future. I have now already been an English teacher in a children's language cram school, but I don't have any experience about teaching kindergarten's children yet. Therefore, I think that will be a good chance for me to try it!

A whole new week, I wanna talk about two couses I took today. One is "Lingustic" , another one is "Translation". I took the first one in the morning, it was a boring class. The book we use is written in English, and the words are not easy to understand. Whenever I read that textbook, just like I am reading an English dictionary. How sad~ Gosh! I start to worried about that if i will be flunked or not. After that, I took another class-"Translation" then in the afternoon. That class is taught by Dennis, and It was a fun class. I learned how to use good way to translate no matter a sentence or a paragraph. I really enjoyed that! However, Monday blue is not that blue!! Haha~

I hate it! I really do not want to go to school to have the make up classes tomorrow.
Although I usually get up at the same time on Saturday morings, I still feel very uncomfortable. Cause I usually get up early on Saturday mornings just for my job, but now, I need to go to school to study on the weekend?! Oh! Come on~ How boring!!However, I will just forget about it! Now, I am quite expecting tomorrow evening after school because I am going to have the party with my friends. I think that will be very cool then~

Now, it is already 2 A.M.I am just back to my home from the movie theater, enjoying the comfortable bath and sitting in front of my computer typing the diary. Today, I was very mad that some of the kids in my cram school do not understand how
English is so importent to their lives, even to themselves! They are just sent here having two-hour fun time then go home without anything back with them. How rediculous! Therefore, in order to calm myself down, I just went to see a movie with my friend after finishing my job. The movie which I saw is called "Lust Caution", I think that movie is quite good. It is worth to have a look that one!

I planned to have a trip to Taichung at first during the Moon Festival holidays, but finally, I changed the schedule. I went to Tauyuan to visit my friend there. She took me to the Leofu Villiage and Taipei Zoo. We even had the BBQ at her house. That night, I slept at her house. Before we went to bed, we chatted a lot, we shared the things in our minds, and also made a deal that we will go on a trip to other interesting places next time!

From this Friday to next Wednesday, it is the last turn to make sure that what courses exactly we want to take. However, since 9 o'clock in the morning today, I could not enter the system until almost 12 o'clock at noon. That really made me feel very worried and anxious. The school's system is so poor that it can only accept 1000 students on line once. Till now, there are still some courses that I need to arrange it, wish that I can solve these trobles and get the enough credits!

There will be a four-day break starting from this Saturday to the next Tuesday. Though I still need to work on Saturday, I have already begun planing my Taichung trip. One of my co-workers is from Taichung, and she has been a long while not backed to her hometownh, so she wants to use these holidays having a reunion with her family and friends. What's more, I will go with her as my relaxing trip. She saqid that she will take me enjoying some famous places and delicious food. Haha! I am expecting now alredy!

Today, the third day of the first week. I overslept this morning then skipped two classes. I kow that I am not a good student, but I will try my best to be a good one. So God and teachers, please forgive me and do not blame on me! This afternoon, when the class dismissed, one of my friends who also has her part-time job felt very upset. Since this semester, she can not take the courses what she want because she needs to work just right away after school. Even just finishes the classes at about 2:50P.M. I do not know how to help her. Hope I can find out a way to solve her problem soon!

Today is the second day of the first week. I used to sleep untill noon every day during the vacation and go to bed at about 4 A.M. Therefore, after almost the three-month break, I still can not get used to the school life yet. I felt tired and sleepy in class. I even fell asleep. Oh, gosh~The worst of all is that i need to do my part-time job after school. What a exausted schedule. Ha ha!! I think I need to chage right away, or I will tired to death soon!

Time flies! After the summer vacation, I am already a junior student now. During the vacation, I took part in the summer camp from the department twice. I learned a lot there, not only the diffrent kinds of cultures from different countries, but also learend many ways to improve my English and how to communicate with foreigners. I even learned how to play "Porker"! It was quite cool! I really enjoyed it! Now, we all back to school. In the new semester, I wish myself would use the new attitude to learn things and also face the challenge!
