Recently, I feel a little bit stressful. Since I am a junior, there are more and more things that I need to cover. For example, like there are some subjects become much more difficult, and I need to spend more time to preview and review them. The other thing is that I have to prepare some reports for my next semester because in the second semester of junior year, we are going to do the monograph. Therefore, all these things make me feel anxious. I think I should find some days to take a walk out of Tainan City, relax myself then restart my works.

"I have been feeling a little bit stressed." Life is stressful, but you are stressed or stressed out.

"Because I am a junior" is clearer and better.

"Cover"? Let's see. I used to cover my books when I was a student. I cover my body with a sheet when I sleep. I cover my mouth when yawn, and my mouth and nose when I sneeze. I cover my eyes when I don't want to see unpleasant things, and I cover my ears when I don't want to see unpleasant things. What do you "need to cover because you are a junior"?

"The monograph"? What is "the monograph"? I think you probably mean that you will have to do your "graduation report". It is not a monograph at all, but a silly and useless report (in most cases) that a group of people are supposed to work on together. Apparently, the point is to teach students how to cooperate with each other on group projects, but it almost never works out that way.

You change your terminology at the end of your post. First you say that you're stressed, and then you change the word to "anxious". They aren't the same thing. You feel stressed when you're under too much pressure, but you feel anxious when you're worried or excited and impatient for something to happen. Decide what you mean.

"Take a walk out of Tainan City" means what? That you should walk until you are outside the Tainan city limits or that you should go to the countryside or the mountains outside Tainan city limits and take a walk? "Out" is the wrong word here.

"Relax myself then": You need a comma and the word "and" between "myself" and "then": "relax myself, and then".

"Restart my works"? What are your "works"? Did you mean "school work"? The two most common definitions of the word "works" are "machinery that allow something to operate" and "the stuff that artists of all kinds create".

Your thoughts need more development. I don't think someone who wasn't a student at Nantai would understand this.
